Wouldn't it be great to have a trusted personal assistant monitor account
activity for you, and then "tell you" when you need to know? Well not only can you have it -- but you can get it from your credit union for free!
Account Alerts notifies you with real-time communications when certain pre-selected conditions are met. We can alert you with an email or cell phone text message -- your choice.
Setting up your alerts is easy...
You just use the simple drop down menus, fill in the amounts and submit. Set up one alert or twenty -- whatever you need help keeping track of. Here's the categories:
- Share Account Alert -- Tells you when you balance is above, below of equal to an amount you specify.
- Loan Account Alert -- Tells you when your loan balance, payoff or payment amount is above, below or equal to a specified amount, when your payment is overdue, or a range of days before your due date.
- Transaction Alert -- Tells you when a deposit or withdrawal is made, a transaction amount is above, below or equal to a specified amount, or a transaction description contains language you specify. Recurring electronic transactions like a utility bill, for example, have a description on your statement. Use that language and we alert you every time it happens.
- Check Status Alert -- Tells you when a single check or a series of checks have cleared your checking account.
- Certificate Maturity Alert -- Tells you when your credit union share certificate has matured.
- Reminder -- This is an extremely useful one: Pick a date to be notified and enter up to 30 characters of text, and you'll get a reminder of birthdays, anniversaries, important meetings -- anything.
Alerts can be set up as a one-time or recurring notification, and you can easily add, edit or delete them at any time.

Just log in to e*Branch home banking and Select Account Alerts from the Options menu -- and let us keep track of things for you.
