Training and Development Specialist
Sioux Falls Federal Credit Union is seeking applicants for a new position of Training & Development Specialist.
Successful candidate plans, develops, conducts and coordinates training and staff development and education programs and ensures ongoing professional development for all employees that support the credit union's strategic priorities and quality service standards to members. Determines training needs; Assists with annual training budget; Formulates training programs and schedules; Researches, selects, and evaluates instructional procedures or methods; Performs testing and maintains records; Assists with employee development and sales coaching.
Successful candidate has excellent technical, oral & written communication and planning and organizing skills; exhibits strong teamwork, professionalism and leadership abilities; and demonstrates exceptional quality, initiative, and innovation. Requires at minimum an associate's degree or higher or 6 mos-1 yr related experience preferably in financial/sales organization or equivalent combination of education and experience.
