Press 1 for Account & Loan Inquiries -- includes sub options to get balances, histories, deposit and withdrawal lists and cleared checks on your savings, checking and loan accounts.
Press 2 for Payments, Transfers & Withdrawals -- allows you to make loan payments, transfer money from account to account, and request a check be mailed to you.
Press 4 for a New Member Number & Other Activity -- lets you perform activities like logging on to another member number, changing your access code, or placing a stop payment on a check.
